• Upon verification, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Exchange Policy

• We do not offer direct exchanges. However, in case of receiving a damaged or incorrect book, a replacement will be sent once the issue is verified.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Books damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Change of mind or accidental purchases.
